What made you want to be apart of the NWFA or what has been one of your most favorable moments being apart of the NWFA and the Connecticut Crush? I wanted to be a part of the CT Crush when Coach Parker approached me at work and asked if I "like to hit." More so, I've missed being part of a team and playing any sport made available to me. Football is a new experience, and it has given me an opportunity to pioneer new roads for other women and female athletes. Thus far, my favorite moment with the team is my first day of practice. From day one, I felt a sense of support and belonging from my teammates. I'm looking forward to the season, especially with the fun I've had in practices.
