Coaching Vacancies
We are now accepting applications for the following coaching position within our team.
 
Qualifications: Assisting with recruiting & try-outs process, instructional coaching of football fundamentals, keeping track and updating weekly player roster and depth charts, enforcing team rules of conduct and implementing disciplinary action if needed, schedule practice facility and times and wide variety of team public relations events. Must be a great communicator and have the ability to work with a wide variety of athletes. Must be able to give the team a better understanding of the skills needed in football to perform at the professional football. General Manager:

The General Manager of a professional sports team is like the head of any business organization. The pro sports GM must direct the day-to-day operations of the individual divisions that make the team function. From administrative affairs, to public relations, to marketing, to promotions, the GM must see that the separate levels work and work well together. Like the coach on the field, the GM off the field must institute a game plan and see that each player follows it. Qualifications: Sports or Business Administration or other related field. Good people skills. Good administrative, public relations, promotions, marketing and day-to-day operation skills. Public Relations Director:

Your team may be winning, but unless you have a skilled publicity person the media and fans may never know. The Crush Organization is offering a challenging position to a dynamic individual capable of providing top-notch public relations support. Responsibilities include assisting with all PR efforts for the team including writing press releases, producing media guides, player profiles, organizing press box activities and compiling and updating statistics. Other responsibilities may include web site content and maintenance. Qualifications: Self-starter with outstanding oral and written communication skills, professional attitude and appearance. Marketing Director:

Selling a professional team to the public can sometimes be a difficult task, but the marketing director must know how to introduce their product, (Women’s Football) which in this the players themselves are very important, to a public drowning in advertising. Making a team attractive to buyers, especially an organization that is new to the market. The marketing director oversees all aspects of the team’s outside sales, from advertising, to merchandising and product development. We are looking for a career-minded sports professional desiring to grow with our organization. Qualifications: Include the ability to design and develop marketing strategies to increases attendance, revenue and coordinate season ticket drives and groups sales efforts for our program. Coordinates the printing of schedule cards, posters, ticket brochures and other promotional pieces and team merchandise. Assist in the execution of game promotions and activities, radio, TV, and print advertising and create ways to fill the seats. Download your application.
 
Community Relations Director:

Professional teams also need people to represent their interests to those who don’t read the sports page or attend games. Working to ensure that the community sees the team and members of the community. Basic functions of this position included developing bonds with public organizations through off-field events like player appearances, charity events, school and youth programs and other ideas that might occur. Qualifications: Include the ability to organizing team activities, game day activities, and promotions and team management for events. Must be very creative in seeking out new and innovative ways to generate capital. Examples include golf tournaments, walk-a-thons, charity drives, and social dinners.Download your application.      
 
Promotions Manager:

Though never as important as the game itself, the atmosphere surrounding a professional event can play a vital role in attracting fans. And building an exciting and fun atmosphere around a game is the responsibility of the promotion’s manager. Qualifications: Include the ability to creating, planning, coordinating and executing game-day activities that attract sponsors and fans alike. Sales and implementation of promotional activities must be coordinated with other divisions within the team, like the marketing and public relations department. Download your application.
 
Booster Club Coordinator:

 The booster Club Coordinator must posses the ability to raise funds and institute creative ideas for fund-raising and team activities. Qualifications: The ability to involve getting fans and family involved in the gameday process along with providing the team with their support. Download your application.

 

Video Services Coordinator:

 Videotape practices and games for the use of the football staff in evaluating players. Qualifications: The ability to film all games and practices for such purposes. Away game travel is required. Download your application.
