The mission of the Connecticut Crush as a non-profit 501c3 organization is to provide women an opportunity to play professional women’s football while being positive role models within their community. We do this through charitable outreach efforts, increasing the awareness of women’s football and by demonstrating the value of women’s athletics at any age. We are a great group of women who have been playing full contact football in Connecticut for 8 years.
In 2008, we are proud to be entering the 8th season and our inviting local merchants to be part of it! As excited as we are however, we are also looking for help! Many of our games are going to be in the mid-Atlantic states and despite our fundraising this year; we are still in need of help from great local businesses like you.
We are a 501c3 organization and as such, any monies or donations are tax deductible. Your money will be used for housing, travel and other team related expenses to keep the players safe and in top condition in our run for the National Championships!
The player that has brought you this letter is no doubt a mother, daughter, policewoman, firefighter, teacher, student or multiple-sport athlete. She has had to face grueling practices, harsh trainings and a test of her dedication this entire season. Her hard work and that of her teammates has paid off and because of her dedication and commitment our team is going to once again be making great strides in our 8th season and we ask for your help to make this year even more successful!
Again, Thank you for supporting this player and the Connecticut Crush Women’s Football team.
